This 79.7-acre park has a 25m outdoor pool, playground, sand volleyball court, a 3.5-mile mountain bike trail, basketball court, multi-use field (soccer-size) and picnic shelters, one which seats approximately 100 people and two that seat approximately 50 people each. Admission to the park is free and there is a nominal charge to swim or rent the shelter. The park is open daily sunrise to sunset. The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, weekends only until June 19.
Showers and rest rooms are available. The pool may be rented for an after hours party between the hours of 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. during the operational season. Reservations for renting shelters or the pool should be made either at the James City/Williamsburg Community Center, the James River Community Center or the EOC Building in Toano.
