Community Partners

Cosponsored/Club/Affiliate Groups: These are groups that work in partnership with James City County Division of Parks and Recreation to provide recreational services to county and area residents. Cosponsored groups have parent/citizen driven boards relying on volunteer support to operate their programs. Club programs are set up with parent/citizen boards but often have paid staff. Affiliate groups are smaller groups or groups just starting out that rely mostly on volunteer support. Any questions about any of the groups listed please call 259-4197.

Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex (WISC)

	WILLIAMSBURG YOUTH BASEBALL LEAGUE, INC. - Local provider of T-Ball and baseball. Program operates in spring, summer and fall. Call 220-1530 for information. The league is divided by age.
	NEIGHBORHOOD BASKETBALL LEAGUE (CAA-NBL) - A Williamsburg/James City County Community Action Agency (W/JCC-CAA) program provided in partnership with James City County Parks and Recreation, the Greater Williamsburg YMCA and the City of Williamsburg. The NBL provides a structured sports activity with mentorship in developing self-esteem, self-discipline, leadership, sportsmanship, and encouragement to excel academically, socially and civically. Club Groups
	COLONIAL CAPITAL BASKETBALL CLUB - Competitive basketball teams, stressing fundamentals, skill development, and having fun. This is a year-round AAU / YBOA basketball program, which gives players an opportunity to compete on a statewide basis. Call 565-0758 for more information.
	COLONIAL FOOTBALL CLUB TRAVEL SOCCER - CFC offers travel team soccer, girl’s independent league soccer, and a developmental program for players. For information, call Director at 258-1984.
	WILLIAMSBURG AQUATIC CLUB - WAC is a year round program which gives swimmers an opportunity to compete regionally and statewide as well as offers instruction in the four basic competitive strokes. For information, call 229-8662.
	WILLIAMSBURG SOCCER CLUB Since 1974, The Williamsburg Soccer Club (WSC) has been an organization devoted to promoting soccer to the youth of our communities in Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. Programs are offered for both boys and girls. For information, call 220-3794.

	WILLIAMSBURG AREA BICYCLISTS - A local group of bicyclists that promote and encourage use of bicycles as a means of recreation, fitness, and transportation.
