PROPER CFL DISPOSAL: HOUSEHOLD CHEMICAL COLLECTION PROGRAM - For proper compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL) disposal, please use our Household Chemical Collection Program at Tewning Road (off Ironbound Road - James City Service Authority employee parking lot). CFL RECYCLING - Home Depot locations nationwide offer free CFL recycling, including our nearest location at 6700 Mooretown Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188 - (757) 220-1800.
