Payment Options
In an effort to identify options to make doing business with James City County more convenient, the Treasurer has implemented a variety of payment methods.
- ePayment - Pay your County bills online
- Cash, Check, Money Order in person at the Office of the Treasurer or Satellite Services
- Credit - When making payments by credit card simply click on the “Credit” link above, this will take you to the link for Official Payments. Simply check “Local Payments,” then enter OUR zip code of 23187 or leave the zip code field blank. This will allow you to proceed to the next step in the payment process.
- Easy Pay Debit - Simply click on the “Easy Pay Debit” link, print the form, fill it out, and mail it to James City County Treasurer’s Office, P.O. Box 8701, Williamsburg, VA 23187-8701.
- You may also pay your current year real estate or personal property taxes at one of the three Williamsburg branches of Citizens & Farmers Bank. The locations are:

- 1167 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg 23185
