Smart Choices Nutrition Education Program (SCNEP)
- Are you concerned about choosing good foods for your family?
- Do you know that healthy foods can be low in cost, easy to make and taste good?
- Do you know what to eat if you have health problems?
- Do you have trouble making foods stamps last the whole month?
You can learn this through participating in SCNEP. You can participate in SCNEP in one of these ways:
- Attend group classes
- Receive individual lessons in your home
- View lessons on a DVD disk or video cassette at home on your TV or computer
- View lessons on the internet
- Receive lesson in the mail (newsletter)
